Course description

SophroShort consists of Sophrology exercises specially curated to bring more energy and feeling of joy into your daily life.

Our thoughts, which are energy in themselves, are a powerful tool for our well-being. Our body responds to our thoughts as if our thoughts are happening in real life. These Sophrology exercises harness the power of our thoughts and combine them with gentle movements that will bring more energy into the whole body.

The course is designed in 5 themed chapters. Each week a new chapter with a new exercise will be introduced during a live session. These exercises are powerful tools in your toolbox to successfully navigate daily live with more energy and joy.

You are learning a new life skill.

You will need a normal (upright) chair and something to write on. No prerequisite knowledge of Sophrology is required.

If you miss a session you can view the recording afterwards. An audio version of the Sophrology exercise will also be made be available to you.

For maximal impact you are asked to repeat the 10-15 min exercises 5 times during the week.
