Course description and Session Overview
In this course based on level 1 Sophrology practice you focus on body awareness and present time awareness.
We (re)connect our body with our mind, and experience our life in a more whole - and joyful - way (healing = becoming whole).
You will learn all the level 1 Sophrology exercises that you will be practicing at home during the course and hopefully long after.
The exercises you learn become your personal toolkit to manage stress and live your life with more ease.
The exercises are all very gentle, you do not need any special clothes. You will be doing the exercises either standing or sitting down in a chair.
Sessions overview:
Session 1: Mood lifting
Session 2: Love awareness
Session 3: Anchoring calmness and relaxation. Focus on the head.
Session 4: Sleep awareness. Focus on the neck and shoulders.
Session 5: Transformation and Change. Focus on the chest and upper back.
Session 6: Body sensations. Focus on the abdomen and lower back.
Session 7: Awareness of our hormonal system. Focus on the pelvis and legs.
Session 8: Skin awareness
Session 9: Integration and sneak preview to the next level course.

What’s included
This is a small group course with max 12 participants.
We form a supportive community where we practice Sophrology together
We meet 9 times for a 1.5hr online session where you will get to know the Sophrology exercises and how to apply them in your daily life, and get to ask questions
You get access to audio recordings of all the exercises so you will practice at home between the sessions - it is suggested you practice 5 times a week for best results.
You will keep the audio recordings and can use them to continue the practice after the course has concluded. It is your personal toolkit.
