The SophroWisdomCircle is a unique journey for six women in transition.

Whether it is career or personal life. Whether you are already on the path of transition or desire to initiate a change to your life - because you feel that there is more to life than what you are experiencing now.

Utilising the embodied practice of Sophrology we go on a deep inner journey together.

In the Circle we hold and witness each other. We discover, we recover, we remember who we are at our deepest inner core.

And with this new consciousness we show up in the world, with resilience, confidence and clarity of purpose.

A bespoke in-person journey for six amazing women.

We meet 10 times in-person over a period of 12 months and stay connected online throughout.

What is included?

  • During the in-person sessions we practice Sophrology together to connect better to our own unique energy, we share our transition stories in a safe and confidential open space, we witness and support each other, and we do additional activities to unlock our creativity in life.

    Coffee, tea, refreshments and light snacks/lunch will be provided.

  • You will get all the recordings of the main Sophrology exercises we do together and also from your 1-1 SophroCoaching sessions. It is intended that you practice at home for the best results.

  • To support you even more in your journey you will also receive 1-1 SophroCoaching sessions between the Circle gatherings to discuss individual issues and receive additional Sophrology exercises designed for you.

    If you wish to have additional 1-1 SophroCoaching sessions you can always buy them as an add on.

  • You will receive two 60min Reki healing sessions (by Anna) at times of your choice within the 12 month period time to support your Sophrology energy work.

    If you wish to have additional Reiki sessions you can always buy them as an add on.

  • We will connect via a private Facebook group to continue to support each other between the in-person sessions.
