Sophrology is a simple, structured method that helps you reconnect with your body, mind, and your own unique energy - so you can live with more clarity, calm, and purpose.

It blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided visualisations, drawing on both ancient wisdom and modern science.

Created in the 1960s by neuropsychiatrist Dr. Alfonso Caycedo, Sophrology has long been popular in French-speaking countries like France and Switzerland - and is now becoming more widely known across Europe, the UK, and the US.

You’re guided by a trained Sophrologist and supported with short, easy-to-follow practices you can do at home - even just 10 minutes a day can make a real difference.

Sophrology is especially helpful for stress related issues such as anxiety, lack of energy, sleep problems, burn-out, and during major life transitions like midlife or career change. It’s also widely used to enhance performance in areas such as sport, public speaking, and leadership.

With 30 years of global experience in health, I now guide others to reconnect with themselves through Sophrology, Reiki, and energy medicine.

I discovered Sophrology after burn-out left me feeling lost and disconnected. Through its gentle, body-based practices, I found my way back to clarity, calm, and purpose.
